In 1978, the original concept of a professional cash management organization for companies that had less than $500 million in revenues was discussed. The first official meeting of the Northern New Jersey Association of Cash Management took place in 1980, with the founding members being Don Aquila (Thomas & Betts Corp.) and Mike Hastings (C.R.Bard).
